The food from room service was fantastic. I loved the quality of the meals. The beds were incredibly comfortable, perfect for a great night's sleep after exploring. The rooms were cozy, despite being a bit small. Prices here are reasonable for Madison, making it a good value. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, answering questions with smiles. Although the hotel isn't right in downtown Madison, the shuttle service makes getting around easy. I appreciated the free breakfast at the local restaurant. it was far better than the usual hotel offerings. Unfortunately, we faced a heavy rain during our stay, which caused some leakage in the pool area, leading to the pool being closed temporarily for maintenance. That was disappointing, but aside from that, I had a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel, especially enjoying the spacious Queen room and the relaxing hot tub. The indoor pool was a great spot to unwind after our daily adventures. Just a heads up that parking can get a bit crowded, but it didn't ruin our stay at all! 😊

I really appreciated the ample space for charging multiple devices and the well-equipped shower area. Enjoyed delicious breakfast with great choices. The staff was very friendly, although the initially tight space in the room posed a small challenge when unpacking. Consider bringing a luggage rack.

Convenient location and excellent shuttle service

I had a short stay in a King Suite and really appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the UW hospital. The room was spacious, and the on-site restaurant offered great meals, especially for dinner. However, I did notice that housekeeping could improve their service as I had difficulties reaching them for fresh towels during my stay.
